Echelon Lab Supply does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, therapeutic protocols, veterinary guidance, diagnostic guidance, or instructions for human or animal use.
Submitting an account or order request does not guarantee approval, availability, pricing, fulfillment, or payment access. Echelon Lab Supply may refuse or cancel requests that do not meet research-use requirements.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws, institutional policies, and research-use requirements.

Checkout may collect payment through approved third-party payment providers. Payment does not guarantee fulfillment. Echelon Lab Supply may refuse, cancel, or refund orders that do not meet research-use requirements, destination availability, inventory availability, or compliance requirements.
Guest checkout is not available. Customers must provide account information, including email address, company or institution name, and research field designation before placing an order.
Customers must designate a legitimate research field, such as Academic Research, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Culture Research, Analytical Chemistry, Toxicology Research, Institutional Laboratory Research, or Other Laboratory Research. Customer-friendly categories such as gym, med spa, or personal-use fields are not accepted.
All ACH/e-Check payments will be made payable to Echelon Lab Supply LLC. Each time a customer places an ACH/e-Check order by clicking the final order/payment button, the customer authorizes Echelon Lab Supply LLC and its payment processor to initiate a single ACH/electronic debit to the provided bank account in the amount of the order. The customer agrees that ACH transactions authorized through checkout comply with applicable law.
Where bank-account validation is required, the customer authorizes one-time ACH/electronic debit and/or credit entries of less than $1 to validate the bank account information provided and authorizes a corresponding ACH credit or debit to recover any micro-deposit amount.
